Refund Policy

Customers can initiate the return process if they are not completely satisfied with their purchase. Items bought  from https://graceelizabethfinejewelry.myshopify.com/ (not including gift cards) can be returned for a full refund, if returned within 7 days of receiving the order. If returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order, store credit will be issued. Returns or exchanges are not accepted beyond the specified return period.

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and in their original packaging. Resized, engraved, damaged, altered, or visibly worn items are not eligible for return.
  • All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and must include all packaging, envelopes, bags, boxes, etc.
  • Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Custom items, including those with initials, names, or resized pieces, are also final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

To request a return or exchange, customers should contact info@shopgraceelizabeth.com and provide their Name, Address, Order Number, and reason for return or exchange.

Approved returns will be credited or refunded for the item's purchase price. Shipping charges are not refunded unless an incorrect item was sent. Returns or exchanges for jewelry purchased from sources other than https://graceelizabethfinejewelry.myshopify.com/ are not accepted. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance.
